What's Involved?

The duties, responsibilities and amount of detail involved in the administration of an estate can be daunting so we offer a complete service which includes:

Identifying the assets and liabilities of the estate

Completion of Inland Revenue forms and documents which the Probate registry requires in order to obtain the Grant of Probate or Grant Letters of Administration probate and wills

Calculation and arranging payment of any Inheritance Tax

(Or) Preparing tax deduction certificates to apply for Inheritance Tax clearance

Arranging payment of the registry fee

Confirmation of the value and collection of all the estate assets

(Or) Transfer of assets, where appropriate

Dealing with any Capital Gains matters during the administration period

probate and willsRealising sufficient cash to pay all debts and transfer of any legacies due to the beneficiaries

Preparing the estate and distribution accounts

And finally, we will issue the residuary beneficiaries with a set of accounts showing how the assets were distributed and the liabilities settled
